CHITTILAPPILLY ENDS HUNGER STRIKE
മനേകാ ഗാന്ധിക്കെതിരേ ഹൈക്കോടതിയെ സമീപിക്കും:

The one-day-long hunger strike launched by
Kochouseph Chittilappilly, Kerala's leading industrialist ended today,27th
October,2015. He commenced the 24-hour long hunger strike demanding a solution
to the stray dogs menace. Mr Chittilapally said that the protest was just a
beginning. He also added that if the government fail to take any action against
street dogs they would strengthen the street-dogs free movement. He even
criticized state police chief for saying he would never take action against
those who kill stray-dogs.
The
police raided the amusement park of Chittilapally to check whether he killed
stray-dogs and buried there. He said that he never killed stray dogs. He ended
his hunger strike around 10.30 am. The founder of V-guard industries said that
PM Narendra Modi, who encourage 'Swacch Bharat' and 'Sowchalayam' should
understand that these stray-dogs were using footpath as their toilets. He also
added that he will file complaint against Maneka Gandhi, who support
stray-dogs. Amidst 'Boycott Kerala Tourism' campaign led by animal
lovers, Kerala's leading industrialist Kochouseph Chittilappilly undertook a
day-long hunger strike on 26th October, demanding action against
street dogs.
"Human life is more precious than the dogs" was one of the statements made by the industrialist. Supported by anti-street dog protesters, several dog bite victims narrated their dreadful experiences."This protest is just a beginning. If the state government does not take any action against street dogs, we will strengthen this street-dogs free movement", Mr Chittilappilly said.Mr Chittilappilly even criticised the state police chief for saying that he would take action against those who were killing street dogs against the law. Soon after the top cop's statement, Kerala Home Minister Ramesh Chennithala had also countered the stand saying, "No police action will be taken against those who are killing dangerous dogs."
Meanwhile, protesters did not allow a 30-year-old man who was semi-paralysed by an accident at a theme park run by the industrialist, to meet Mr Chittilappilly. Vijesh Vijayan has asked the industrialist that if he was so concerned about human life, why he wasn't compensated and his treatment taken care of after the accident by the industrialist.The founder of V-Guard Industries had earlier said that the accident was not out of theme park's negligence but it was Mr Vijayan who dived into a no-dive zone and on humanitarian grounds was given an amount as compensation. The case is still pending in the high court and before a consumer court.പ്രമുഖ വ്യവസായി കൊച്ചൗസേപ്പ് ചിറ്റിലപ്പിള്ളി. ബോയ്ക്കോട്ട് കേരള ടൂറിസം എന്ന കാംപെയ്നിന്റെ ഉറവിടം മനേകാ ഗാന്ധിയുടെ ഓഫീസില് നിന്നാണെന്നും അദ്ദേഹം ആരോപിച്ചു.തെരുവുനായ വിമുക്ത കേരളം എന്ന മുദ്രാവാക്യമുയര്ത്തി എറണാകുളം മറൈന്ഡ്രൈവില് നടത്തിയ 24 മണിക്കൂര് നിരാഹാരം അവസാനിപ്പിച്ച് സംസാരിക്കുകയായിരുന്നു കൊച്ചൗസേപ്പ് ചിറ്റിലപ്പിള്ളി. മനേകാ ഗാന്ധിയുടെ ഓഫീസ് സ്റ്റാഫായ ഗൗരി മലേഖി കഴിഞ്ഞ ദിവസം തന്നെ വിളിച്ചു ഭീഷണിപ്പെടുത്തിയെന്നും അതിന്റെ വ്യക്തമായ തെളിവുകള് കൈവശമുണ്ടെന്നും അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞു. തെരുവ് നായ വിഷയത്തില് ഡി.ജി.പി. സെന്കുമാറിനെ ചിറ്റിലപ്പിള്ളി വീണ്ടും വിമര്ശിച്ചു. അപകടകാരികളായ തെരുവുനായ്ക്കളെ കൊല്ലാമെന്ന മന്ത്രിസഭാ തീരുമാനത്തെ എങ്ങനെയാണ് ഡി.ജി.പി. എതിര്ക്കുകയെന്നും അദ്ദേഹം ചോദിച്ചു.
കൂവപ്പടിയില് തെരുവുനായ്ക്കളെ പാര്പ്പിക്കാനായി അഭയകേന്ദ്രം സ്ഥാപിച്ചിരുന്നുവെന്നും
എന്നാല് അത് മൃഗസ്നേഹികള്
തല്ലിപ്പൊളിച്ചുവെന്നും ജസ്റ്റിസ്
നാരായണക്കുറുപ്പിന്റെ വിമര്ശനത്തിനു മറുപടിയായി
ചിറ്റിലപ്പിള്ളി പറഞ്ഞു.സമരത്തിന്റെ അടുത്തഘട്ടമായി
കോഴിക്കോടും തിരുവനന്തപുരത്തും സ്ട്രേ
ഡോഗ് ഫ്രീ മൂവ്മെന്റിന്റെ
നേതൃത്വത്തില് നിരാഹാരസമരം സംഘടിപ്പിക്കും. ഏതെങ്കിലും പഞ്ചായത്തില് തെരുവ്നായ്ക്കളുടെ ആക്രമണമുണ്ടായാല്
മൂന്നു പട്ടികളെയെങ്കിലും കൊല്ലുമെന്നു സമരസമിതി അംഗങ്ങള് തീരുമാനമെടുത്തതായി
ചിറ്റിലപ്പിള്ളി പറഞ്ഞു. ഇന്നലെ രാവിലെ
പത്തുമണിക്ക് ഭാര്യ ഷീല നല്കിയ നാരങ്ങാവെള്ളം
കുടിച്ചാണ് ചിറ്റിലപ്പിള്ളി നിരാഹാരസമരം അവസാനിപ്പിച്ചത്.
