(Circular to CCs)

            Dear friends,

 Greetings.URI movement is witnessing a sea change and we request all CCs of our region to become more vibrant and responsible. We thank you for all the support in fostering our movement. We look forward to a very fruitful time ahead. Kindly note the following:

1) The Sri Lankan Zonal Assembly is scheduled to be held at Trinchomale on 22^nd and 23^rd March and 6 delegates from our side will be attending that.

2)  South India Zonal Assembly will be held at Dharmaram College, Bangalore on 1^st & 2^nd April. 50 delegates from South India and 15 delegates from Sri Lanka will attend. The theme of the assembly will be ‘Interfaith Harmony for Justice and Peace’. Swami Chaturvedi, Koshy Mathew, C.N. N. Raju, Soumya Ayyar, Abraham Karickam, John Kurakkar, Ravi Khandage (Sri Lanka) will be the leaders.

3)  Our annual youth assembly will be held at Karickam International Public School on 17^th &

18^th of May 2014. Registration fees will be Rs. 150/- (75 for Dalit youth). Each CC is requested to send at least 2 delegates. We expect a few youth delegates from Sri Lanka and other regions.

4)  All CCs are requested to send their annual report so that we can consider them for the best CC award 2014.

5) The voting for Global Council Trustee is scheduled from 15^th March to 15^th May. All eligible CCs are requested to vote in time.

6) We have appointed Mr. T. G. Stephen as Regional Liaison Officer. Please extend him all support. He will be contacting all CCs very soon.
