United States President Barack Obama on Sunday 7th November said that India’s future won’t simply be determined by powerful chief executing officers and political leaders but by its young people.
The president said that every single child holds the promise of greatness and every child should have the opportunity to achieve that greatness. He said the world has changed in 20 years and India’s economy has grown at a breath taking rate. Living standards have improved for hundreds and million of people.
India is a rising power. We believe that India has already risen. India is taking its rightful place in Asia and on the global stage.
He said both countries shared a commitment to see that this ea of globalization led to great opportunity.
