INDIA-MALAYSIA COPERATION
India and Malaysia on Wednesday 27th October, 2010, decided to co-operate each other. During talks, Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh and Malaysian Prime Minister Mr. Najib decided to explore the possibilities of collaboration in the defense sector, enhanced cooperation in infrastructure development. They decided to step up Cabinet level exchanges in half a dozen areas, including trade and industry, railways road transport and highways, tourism and energy.
In defense, both sides agreed, to have regular exchanges between the Defense Minister, senior defense officials, chiefs of the armed forces and regular service to service, staff talks and regular ship visits
