HARTAL-2016-PROTEST AGAINST CURRENCY BAN
സഹകരണ പ്രതിസന്ധി: തിങ്കളാഴ്ച സംസ്ഥാനത്ത് ഹർത്താൽ
On Monday, 28th November
2016, a hartal has been announced to protest against BJP led Central Government
in currency ban issue. LDF is at present ruling at Kerala under Chief Minister
Pinarayi Vijayan. On 22-11-2016, ruling party LDF has called for a hartal.
Timing of Hartal at Kerala on Monday, 28 Nov 2016 is from morning 6.00 am to
evening 6.00 pm. Demonetisation has mainly affected Co-operative banks in
Kerala (Sahakarana Banks). Co-operative banks are considered as back bone of
Kerala’s financial structure. With present ban on old Rs.500, Rs.1000 currency
notes Cooperative banks are not allowed to exchange old notes.
On
same day there is also a call for Bharath bandh from opposing political parties
in Delhi as protest against currency demonetisation. Central Government
offices, Railways, roads .etc. will be blocked by protesters in this issue.
Polit Bureau has called for protest in various states where Communist Party of
India is present. Kerala Ministers had planned to go to Prime Minister’s Office
on 24th November. But they were not allowed permission to visit Indian PM
Narendra Modi on 24th November 2016. Kerala Ministers along with Pinarayi
Vijayan intended to meet Narendra Modi to discuss problems related to
demonetization of currency.

പ്രതിഷേധിച്ചാണ് രാവിലെ ആറു മുതല്‍ വൈകീട്ട് ആറു വരെഹർത്താലിന് ആഹ്വാനം ചെയ്തത്. സി.പി.എം സംസ്ഥാന സെക്രട്ടറിയേറ്റ് യോഗമാണ് ഹർത്താൽ തീരുമാനമെടുത്തത്. ഹര്‍ത്താലിെൻറ മുന്നോടിയായി 27 ന് വൈകുന്നേരം പ്രാദേശികാടിസ്ഥാനത്തില്‍ പന്തംകൊളുത്തി
പ്രകടനം സംഘടിപ്പിക്കുമെന്ന് എൽ.ഡി.എഫ് കൺവീനർ വൈക്കം വിശ്വൻ അറിയിച്ചു.

തകര്‍ക്കാനുള്ള നീക്കത്തിലും
പ്രധാനമ്രന്തിയെ കാണാന്‍ സര്‍വകക്ഷിസംഘത്തിന് അനുമതി നിഷേധിച്ചതിലും
പ്രതിഷേധിച്ചു കൂടിയാണ് ഹർത്താൽ. ആശുപത്രി, പാല്‍, പത്രം വിവാഹം, ബാങ്ക് തുടങ്ങിയവയെ
ഹര്‍ത്താലില്‍ നിന്ന് ഒഴിവാക്കിയിട്ടുണ്ട്.
നോട്ട് പിന്‍വലിച്ച കേന്ദ്രസര്‍ക്കാര്‍ ബദല്‍ സംവിധാനങ്ങളൊരുക്കാതെയും കടുത്ത നിയരന്തണങ്ങളിലൂടെയും ജനജീവിതം ദുരിതത്തലാക്കിയിരിക്കുകയാണ്. നോട്ട് പിന്‍വലിക്കലിെൻറ മറവില്‍ കേരള ത്തിെൻറ സമ്പദ്ഘടനയിലും
സാധാരണക്കാരുടെ ജീവിതത്തിലും നിര്‍ണായകസ്വാധീനമുള്ള സഹകരണമേഖലയെ പാടേ തകര്‍ക്കാനും ശ്രമിക്കുന്നു.
അസാധുനോട്ടുകള്‍ മാറ്റിക്കൊടുക്കുന്നതിനും നിക്ഷേപം സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതിനും സഹകരണസ്ഥാപനങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് അനുമതി നിഷേധിച്ചു. കേരള ത്തിെൻറ ജീവനാഡിയായ സഹകരണമേഖലയെകടന്നാക്രമിക്കുകയാണ് കേന്ദ്രം.
നോട്ട് മാറിനല്‍കുന്നതില്‍ നിന്ന് സഹകരണബാങ്കുകളെ മാറ്റിനിര്‍ത്തിയതിനുപിന്നാലെ കടുത്ത നിബന്ധനകള്‍ അടിേച്ചൽപ്പിച്ച് എല്ലാ ഇടപാടുകളും തടഞ്ഞ് പൂര്‍ണമായി വരിഞ്ഞുമുറുക്കി. സഹകരണമേഖലയെ
തകര്‍ക്കുന്നതില്‍നിന്ന് പിന്തിരിയണമെന്ന സംസ്ഥാന നിയമസഭയുടെ പ്രമേയം കൈമാറാനും പ്രതിസന്ധി ബോധ്യെപ്പടുത്താനും മുഖ്യമന്ത്രിയുടെയും പ്രതിപക്ഷനേതാവിെൻറയും നേതൃത്വത്തില്‍ ഡല്‍ഹിക്ക് പോകാനിരുന്ന
സര്‍വകക്ഷിസംഘത്തിന് പ്രധാനമ ്രന്തി നരേന്ദ്രമോദി സന്ദര്‍ശാനുമതി നിഷേധിക്കുക കൂടി ചെയ്തിരിക്കുകയാണ്
