വിശക്കുന്നവർക്ക്  ആഹാരം  നൽകി ആലംബഹീനരെ  സഹായിക്കുന്ന  സോണിയ മൽഹാർ . സ്വന്തം  സന്തോഷത്തോടൊപ്പം  മറ്റുള്ളവരുടെ  സന്തോഷവും  ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്ന  സോണിയ മൽഹാർ  സമൂഹത്തിന്റെ  ഒരു മാതൃകയാണ് .

These days, it is quite difficult to find persons like Sonia Malhar. Sonia has been providing food to the destitute in the street and helping them for the past six years alone. Every day some 50 people will wait for her arrival in the afternoons in Thiruvananthapuram city. Sonia, whose role model is Mother Teresa, since from her childhood days have created a caring heart for the impoverished and poor. She would set aside a portion of her meager income every month to help them. Out of the Box features Sonia and her endevours in making filling the bellies of the hungry souls of the streets.
