1 Ripe papaya 300 gm
2 Scraped coconut 3
3 Cardamom 3
4 Jaggery 1 cup
5 Milkmaid 2 teaspoon
Grind the ripe papaya. Take the first, second and third coconut milk. In a thick bottomed vessel, add the jaggery syrup to the papaya and mix it slowly after adding the third and the second coconut milk, keeping it on the stove. Then add milkmaid and the first coconut milk and when it starts to thicken, sprinkle cardamom powder and papaya payasam is ready.

payasam to taste and enjoy. It could be served in scooped out papaya.
