REACHED HOME FROM VELLORE

Veteran Malayalam film actor Jagathi Sreekumar, who has been undergoing medical treatment after a near fatal accident, reached home in Thiruvananthapuram early morning Friday,1^st March,2013..Jagathi  was discharged from Christian Medical College Rehabilitation Centre, Vellore Wednesday night after treatments lasting 11 months. The relatives decided to take him home after doctors at Vellore suggested that staying at home would help hasten his recuperation.  Jagathi with his family started off  to Thiruvananthapuram in a caravan from Vellore hospital around 10.30pm. Now he will have to visit Vellore hospital for check up after one month. Jagathi has to continue physiotherapy till he recovers completely.

The accident that shocked Jagathi's fans happened  in Kozhikode on 10 March 2012 while he was travelling in an Innova car. The accident caused major injury to his left brain. He was admitted to Vellore hospital on April 12, 2012 after treatment  month-long treatment at a private hospital in Kozhikode.
