KERALA TO TAKE STEPS FOR
THE GROWTH OF MALAYALAM

Chandy today said the government would utilise all available resources for the
growth of Malayalam language. As part of the planthe activities of Malayalam
Mission would be extended to all the places where
there are Malayalis, he said here after publishing a CD of a web journal.The e-journal, titled 'Pookalam', published by Malayalam Mission, is designed especially for expatriate children tohelp them learn Malayalam language.The CD, which contains all the editions of the journal, was received by Minister K C Joseph at a function held in CM's conference hall.The Chief Minister also said all NRKs should help the Malayalam mission in its activities for the growth of thelanguage.
