MAN COME FROM NATURE
Mata Amritanandamayi calls for
harmony with nature
Man
has come from nature, is a part of it, but has failed to acknowledge its
importance, Mata Amritanandamayi has said, laying stress on the need for
interdependence between man and nature. She was addressing a gathering on the
occasion of her 59th birthday celebrations at Amritapuri near here on Thursday27th
September,2012.Man considers many things his privilege or right. Humans have
desires, rights, and authority, to balance which they should incorporate
respect, which unfortunately has become almost extinct. Humility helps us soar
and respect gives one real power. Religion and races have lost respect for each
other. We treat ourselves as well as nature with complete disrespect and
exploit nature beyond limits. This will cause calamities.
If
we continue to treat everyone with disrespect, an immature society will evolve,
which will be catastrophic. No one is free from problems. It is our attitude
that brings us happiness or sorrow.Chhattisgarh Governor Shekhar Dutt was the
