Tintu Luka Wednesday glided into the semifinals of women's 800 M heat by
finishing third and clocking 2:01.75 in the qualifier.Tintu finished 3 micro
seconds ahead of Akkaoui Malika of Morocco who finished in 2:01.78.
Russia’s Mariya Savinova came first clocking 2:01.56, while USA’s Alice Schmidt
finished second in 2:01.65.
