RIVER PROTECTION FORCE
A special river protection
force will be formed to protect the pollution of the rivers and water bodies,
Water Resources Minister P.J. Joseph said Wednesday20th June,2012.It will be
formed by coordinating with the police and local self-government departments,
he said.
The hotels and hospitals dumping waste in large scale into the water bodies has
become a major issue, said Joseph, who was answering a question by Prof. N.
Jayarajan in the state assembly.
