The “Ayppalloor Pally Perunal”, annual feast of the patron saint, St.George began on 29th April(Sunday),2012. Celebrations started with Holy Qurbana(Mass) at 8 am. "Kodimaram Ideel" (hosting of flags) participated by people belonging to all religions of the locality. People from Ayppalloor area bring Flag posts (aeronaut palms) in procession accompanied with Chenda Melam. Dr Yuhanon Mar diouscorus, Bishop of Chennai dioceses, bless the holy flag and after prayers hoist the flags. Vachoot is one of the important items of the beginning day. During the ensuing days the parish members prepare themselves spiritually for the Perunnal. The Perunall Committee arranged two days Conventions on 4
th & 5
th of May,2012.The Holy Raasa will arranged on 6th may at 6pm. H.H Baselious Marthoma Paulose-II, Catholicos of the East, Dr. Philipose Mar Chrisostum, Senior Metropolitan of the Marthoma church, Geevarghese Mar Coorilose, Bishop of Bombay Dioceses , Swami Aswathi thirunal will attend the various functions . Charity Fund and Learning Materials for Children also will distribute during the days. The main function on the Perunnal day is the HOLY QURBANA (MASS) and Nercha Vilambu.
കരിക്കം ഐപ്പള്ളൂര് സെന്റ്‌ ജോര്‍ജ് ശാലേം ഓര്‍ത്തഡോക്‌സ് പള്ളിയില്‍ ഗീവര്‍ഗീസ്‌ സഹദായുടെ ഓര്‍മ്മ പെരുനാളും പ്ലാറ്റിനം ജൂബിലി സമാപനവും 2012 ഏപ്രില്‍ 29-നു ഞായര്‍ മുതല്‍ ആരംഭിച്ചു . ചെന്നൈ ഭദ്രാസനാധിപന്‍ ഡോക്ടര്‍ യുഹാനോന്‍ മാര്‍ ദീയസ്‌കോറാസ് പെരുനാള്‍ ഉദ്ഘാടനം ചെയ്തു ചെണ്ട മേളത്തിന്റെ അകമ്പടിയോടെ കൊടിയേറ്റ് നടന്നു . മെയ്‌ നാലിനും അഞ്ചിനും കന്‍വന്‍ഷന്‍ . മെയ്‌ ആറിന് വൈകിട്ട് ആറുമണിക്ക് ഭക്തി നിര്‍ഭരമായ റാസ. മെയ്‌ 7 നു മുംബൈ ഭദ്രാസനാധിപന്‍ ഗീവര്‍ഗിസ് മാര്‍ കൂറിലോസിന്റെ മുഖ്യ കാര്‍മ്മികത്വത്തില്‍ കുര്‍ബാന മെയ്‌ 11നു ദീപ ശിഖ പ്രയാണം എന്നിവ ഉണ്ടാകും . മെയ്‌ 13നു ജൂബിലീ സമാപന സമ്മേളനം പരിശുദ്ധ ബസ്സേലിയോസ് മാര്‍ത്തോമ പൌലോസ് രണ്ടാമന്‍ ഉദ്ഘാടനം ചെയ്യും.ഡോക്ടര്‍ ഫിലിപ്പോസ് മാര്‍ ക്രിസോസ്റ്റം മാര്‍ത്തോമ്മാ വലിയ മേത്രാപോലിത്താ സന്ദേശം നല്‍കും സ്വാമി അശ്വതി തിരുനാള്‍ പ്രഭാഷണം നടത്തും . ചാരിറ്റി ,പഠനോപകരണ സഹായ വിതരണം , ഗാന സന്ധ്യ ഏന്നിവയും ഉണ്ടാകും
