HARTAL COMPLETE IN IDUKKI (18-01-2012)
:The hartal called by the Mullaperiyar Samyukta Samara Samiti to protest against the inaction of the centre in the dam issue was total in Idukki but had little impact in other districts in the state.The district committee of the LDF, BJP and the Kerala Congress (M), a partner in the ruling coalition UDF had announced support for hartal in Idukki district.
