             NATIONAL SERVICE SCHEME 

        CONDUCTED “NATURE STUDY CAMP”

   St. Gregorios College, Kottarakara, National Service Scheme conducted the annual Nature Study Camp at Muttara Marthimala Estate, a Village Tourist Center on 27^th December,2011 at 2 p.m. Prof. John Kurakar inaugurated the “Nature Camp. Mr. Rajandra Babu, Journalist,PTI gave key-note address. Prof. P.K Jose Kutty, Principal, S.G College, Dr. Susan Jose, Prof. Jacob Varghese, Dr. Suman Alexander were the Resource persons of the camp. As many as 150 students actively participated the Nature Lovers Camp. Prof. Kurakar Presented a paper on “ Nature  and Man”. The NSS unit formed seven groups and conducted Half hour group discussions. After the groups discussions the students assembled for Public meeting there, and the group leaders presented their detailed reports. The seminar concluded at 5 p.m..
