BEST TEACHERS AWARD-2011
Dr Alexander Jacob, Additional Director of Police presented the Best Teacher Award instituted by the Professor Sivaprasad Foundation to Mrs. S Jayashree of Mercy College, Palakkad at a function in Kollam on Wednesday, 15th June,2011. The function was organised to observe the 16th death anniversary of Prof. Siva Prasad, former principal of S.N College,Kollam.
Mrs. Sukumari Pillai, Primary teacher,Kendriya Vidalaya,Pattom, has been selected for the National Award for Teachers 2010 by the Department of School Education and Literacy under the Union Ministry of Human Resource Development. President Prathiba Patil will give the award at a function to be held in new Delhi on September 5,2011
