Finally to the Gandhian crusade against corruption won,with a reluctant government agreeing to set up a joint drafting committee to prepare the Lokpal Bill. The peoples voice reached the corridors of power. This is a good indication of the fact that democracy is safe and sound in India.
thousands of people came out on the streets to support the movement against corruption. The veteran social activist Annaji has scored a spectacular victory for all of us. This is an initial victory. It is the duty of every citizen to lend full support to this movement through out its journey so that the Lokpal Bill sees the light of day.
