            THE FIRST AIR CONDITIONED CHURCH

   The First air-conditioned church came under the Syro Malankara Catholic Church consecrated at Pulikeezhu near Thiruvalla on Frdiat,29th April,2011.  Seventy year (70) old St. Geroge's Church had been reconstructed in corporating the Gothic style and traditional Keralite architectural principles. It took 31 months to complete the church at a cost of rs 1 crore. Architect John Kochery had designed the church.
   As many as 68 stained glass paintings depicting important episodes from the old and the new Testaments which are displayed on the church walls are a major attractions of the church
