It is sad to find that we poor citizens do know how good or how bad these Politicians are. It would be a sheer waste of time talking about them. There are a few people who are or claim to be a very close aid of them, who mint and amass wealth and property, trouble and blackmail the poor and go untouched though they are noted cheats and criminals. All this would not have been possible without the help of politicians. They hire a gang of unemployed youths for what is locally termed as "Quotation"(Their job is to even murder for money). It cannot be said that they are not aware of all these activities for a % of the spoils are offered to them. We citizens of Kannur do have lots and lots to mention but none are there to hear our woes.
