DISTRIBUTE PCK UNCULTIVATED LAND
TO ENDOSULFAN VICTIMS
         
         
          The state Human Rights Commission(SHRC) has urged the state government to distribute the uncultivated land in the custody of the plantation Corporation of Kerala(PCK) to the families of the individuals affected in the affected  by Endosulfan toxicity in Kasaragod district.
          The Commission also recommended the closer of the corporations plantation in Kasaragod if it was not profitable. Employees of the estate could be deployed to the corporations other estates. Friday 7th January,2011,the commission member Mr K..E Gangadharan said the corporation being a public sector undertaking,the government had the moral obligation to help the victims of Endosulfan spraying and to find out the people who were actually responsible for the big tragedy in Kasaragod district and punish them.
