A powerful earthquake triggered a three meter tsunami that pounded remote Island villages in western Indonesia, killinng at least 113 people and more than 500 people missing on Tuesday 26th October, 2010.
Indonesia the world’s largest archipelago is prone to earthquake and volcanic activity due to its location on the pacific Ring of Fire- Indonesia mount merap erupted three times on Tuesday 26th October, 2010, causing the life of a three month old baby girl as it emitted searing clouds and volcanic ash. The baby had severe berating difficulties from inhaling volcanic materials.
