157thbirth anniversary of sree vidyadhiraja chattambi swamikal. The great person continue to live in society even after their death. Chattambi swami has been living in this society for the past 157 years. 157 th Jayanti of sree chattambi swami was observed on wednesday 1st september,2010.
Madras High court judge K.B.K Vasuki was inaugurated a conference. She said God himself wanted to teach the Vedas to the people were not able to fully understand it. So God sent saintly persons to live with the people and teach and make the people practice the vedas. Sree Chattambi swami is one such saintly person sent by God.
The Chattambi Swamikal was not only a spiritual leader but also a social reformer speaking about women, the swamiji had stated that a women is not only the center of a family but also of society. She is feeder, nourisher and protector of the human race.
