
COURT ORDERS RELEASE OF VARUN GANDHI ON PAROLE
The supreme court on Thursday 16th April 2009 directed to release Varun Gandhi on parole till may 1st to enable him to file his nomination for the Lok Sabha polls. He was asked to give an undertaking that he would not make speeches which would creat dis harmony between community. Mr Gandhi would be released on condition that he execute a bond for Rs 50000 with two solvent sureties for a like amount to the satisfaction of the superintendent of Jail, Etah
