‘SEVANA
SPARSHAM’ TO ADDRESS PEOPLE’S GRIEVANCES

Veena N. Madhavan has launched a new initiative for redressing the grievances
of the public. The programme, Sevana Sparsham, is intended to examine the
grievances and to take action to settle them. People can submit their petitions
at six taluk offices and RDO offices till February 20.also be submitted online
on www.ssdcalp.in. There is also a provision to upload supporting documents
along with the application.
All applications will
be forwarded to the departments concerned. Based on the recommendations of the
Collector, a screening committee will take appropriate decisions on the
applications. The steps taken by the officials will be intimated to the
petitioner. If required, the petitioners will be given appointments to discuss
the matter. The Collector has asked the officials concerned to take action
within four days of receipt of the petition.
