Surjewala said that Chief Minister Oommen Chandy need not resign over the
vigilance court's order to register an FIR gainst the CM and Power Minister
Aryadan Mohammed in connection with the solar scam. Surjewala said that Oommen
Chandy will submit a detailed report to the high command after holding
consultations with senior congress leaders and coalition partners..“Oommen
Chandy and other ministers in the cabinet have not taken any wrong steps . The
government has not incurred any loss. The congress has not got any profit
also. Oommen Chandy has made it clear that he is ready to face any
investigation. The judicial enquiry has been proclaimed taking into
consideration the opposition's demands," Surjewala said. Surjewala
pointed out that the solar commission examined the Chief Minister for several hours.CPM state secretary Kodiyeri Balakrishnan said Thursday that Chief Minister Oommen Chandy should resign if he has any moral values.
സോളാര് കേസില് തൃശൂര് വിജിലന്സ് കോടതിയുടെ ഉത്തരവിന്റെ പശ്ചാത്തലത്തില് മുഖ്യമന്ത്രിസ്ഥാനം രാജിവയ്ക്കുന്നില്ലെന്ന് മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി ഉമ്മന്ചാണ്ടി സൂചിപ്പിച്ചു. കോടതിവിധി പ്രതികൂലമായ പശ്ചാത്തലത്തില് രാജിവയ്ക്കുമോ എന്ന മാധ്യമപ്രവര്ത്തകരുടെ ചോദ്യത്തിന് എന്തിന് രാജിവയ്ക്കണം എന്ന മറുചോദ്യമായിരുന്നു മുഖ്യമന്ത്രിയുടെ മറുപടി. ബാബുവിനെതിരായ വിജിലന്സ് കോടതിയുടെ ഉത്തരവ് ഹൈക്കോടതി സ്റ്റേ ചെയ്ത കാര്യവും മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി ചൂണ്ടിക്കാട്ടി.
എന്റെ മനസ്സാക്ഷിയ്ക്ക് മുന്നില് ഞാന് തെറ്റ് ചെയ്തിട്ടില്ല. ധാര്മികതയ്ക്ക് അപ്പുറത്താണ് മനസ്സാക്ഷിയുടെ ശക്തി. അതാണ് എന്റെയും കരുത്ത്. ഘടകകക്ഷികളുമായി സംസാരിക്കും, ഹൈക്കമാന്ഡുമായി സംസാരിക്കും, എന്നിട്ട് വേണ്ടത് ചെയ്യും - മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി പറഞ്ഞു. ഞാനും ആര്യാടനും ഏത് തരത്തിലുള്ള അന്വേഷണവും നേരിടാന് തയ്യാറാണെന്നും മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി പറഞ്ഞു.
