FACE TO FACE GATHERING-2015
United
Religions Initiative Global Council Annual Face to Face Gathering was held on
October 11 to 14 at USA Salt Lake City Episcopal Church Center. U. R.I
Trustees, U.R.I Senior Staff members and members of the president’s council
participated. U.R.I Trustees arrived on Salt Lake City on 10th
October, 2015. Opening dinner and welcome programs was on 11th
October. The participants were led through an appreciative inquiry exercise
focused on their experience on U.R.I and deepening their connection with each
other.12th October the meeting discussed the Rols and
Responsibilities of Global council. Group discussions were effective and
informative. 13 th October the council introduced strategic plan for U.R.I and
discussed Essential elements of strategic planning and approach of evaluation.14th
October, discussed U.R.I’s long term sustainability, By-law and governance document
review process, 2016 Trustee Selection process, 2016 Budget. Global Council
meeting was concluded at 7 P.M with Dinner and joint Board Session with
parliament of Religions.
