VISHU-2014 CELEBRATION IN
 KURAKAR CITY CENTER

 Vishu is one of the most celebrated festivals of Kerala, which marks the New Year day of the Malayalam astronomical calendar and start of a new farming season for the farmers. Vishu - a small word that brings along hundreds of beautiful memories to every Malayalee’s mind; vishukkani, new clothes, crackers and fireworks, the traditional Vishu feast, kaineettam and the list is endless.  Kurakar cultural forum Vishu with colourful functions in the Kurkar City Center Ayppalloor on 15th April, 2014. Prof. John Kurakar inaugurated the function by lighting the traditional lamp Nilavilakku. Mr. Narayana Pandala(TVM) was the chief guest. Sam Kurakar, Director, Comrade Info Systems, Prof. Molly Kurakar, Mr. Santhosh Kumar, Mrs Annamma Chacko ,Mrs. Liny Jacobl were also present in the function.
