 KSRTC, KSEB FOR HUGE LIABILITIES

Finance Minister K M Mani on Sunday criticized the KSRTC and the KSEB for its inefficient functioning which has led to heavy additional liabilities for the Finance Ministry.Finance Minister said, these public sector units like KSRTC and KSEB require huge sums, which is far bigger than that has been allotted to them in the budget.The minister also refuted reports that the economic condition of the state is in bad shape. He was at Malappuram to lay foundation stone for Pookkottoor war memorial.Mani was reacting to Electricity Minister Aryadan's statement that Kerala is a state that has the highest revenue shortage in India.
