RICH TRIBUTE PAID TO
 PROF. RAJAN MATHEW

Kottarakara St .Gregorious College Retired Professor Rajan Mathew (Department of English) died on 17th November, 2012. He was 76.The body will laid at his house and church on Tuesday 20th November for the public to pay last respects.. Prof. Rajan Mathews will be remembered his dedicated service as teacher and Major of the N.C.C activities in St gregorious College, Kottarakara. His death is an irreparable loss to the St. Gregorios College and students community. Hundreds of people paid their last respect to the retired Professor Rajan Mathews. The Retired Teachers Association General secretary Prof John Kurakar,the executive committee members Prof  Achamma John ,Prof.T.J Johnson, Prof T. G Rajan, Prof M.K Joy kutty, Dr. Jacob John, Prof John Rajan, Prof Kunjukujuamma,Prof
C. Annamma, Prof. Raichel Abraham, Dr. Thomas Panicker, Dr T.V Thomas, Prof J.V Panicker, Prof Molly Kurakar, Prof Varghese Panicker, Rev. Fr. D Jacob, Dr George Mathew, Prof G. Tharakan, Prof V.K Mathew, , Prof K. G Mathew, Prof Jessy George,, Prof George Thomas, paid floral tribute. He is survived by his sons Dr. Madhu(Canada)and Dr. Manoj (New-York)  His wife Prof. Rebeeca died few years ago. He was the active  officer of the National Cadets Corps and various organizations . He served as a member of Board of studies in Kerala University and Editorial Board member of the Text book and syllabus committee. The body was taken from his home at College road “Rebecca”... The funeral held at 3 pm  on 20th November at St. Ignatius church, Kottappuram, KottarakaraHoundreads of college Professors and Former students gathered at his home and church to pay their respects.

 പ്രൊഫ. രാജന്‍ മാത്യു കൊട്ടാരക്കര:കോളേജ് ജങ്ഷന്‍ റെബേക്ക ഹൗസില്‍ രാജന്‍ മാത്യൂസ് (76-വിരമിച്ച പ്രൊഫസര്‍, കൊട്ടാരക്കര സെന്റ് ഗ്രിഗോറിയോസ് കോളേജ് ) അന്തരിച്ചു. ഭാര്യ: പരേതയായ റബേക്ക സഖറിയ. മക്കള്‍: മധു രാജന്‍ മാത്യൂസ് (കാനഡ), ഡോ. മനോ രാജന്‍ സഖറിയ(ന്യൂയോര്‍ക്ക് ). മരുമക്കള്‍: ഡോ. പ്രിന്‍സി ജോണ്‍(കാനഡ), മേരി തോമസ് (അമേരിക്ക). ശവസംസ്‌കാരം ചൊവ്വാഴ്ച മൂന്നിന് കോട്ടപ്പുറം സെന്റ് ഇഗ്‌നാത്തിയോസ് ഓര്‍ത്തഡോക്‌സ് പള്ളി സെമിത്തേരിയില്‍.
