AWARD FOR AMRITA VARSITY
The
Amrita E-Learning Research Lab, a unit of the Amrita University, has won the
award for educational excellence in the field of educational technology at the
Indo-Global Educational Summit and Expo-2012 held at Hyderabad .The summit
organised by the Indus Foundation Inc, US, was supported by the Union Ministry
of Human Resource Developmen. Representatives of educational institutions from
over 40 countries attended it.The award was in recognition of the Amrita
University’s effort in developing A-VIEW, an e-learning platform aimed at
addressing the challenges of shortage of experienced teachers.
