ARCHANA-MALAYALEE GIRL, TOPPER IN FIVE MEDICAL ENTRANCE EXAMS-2012

Malayaele girl Archana Sasi created history when she emerged topper in five
medical entrance exams in a row, including the All India Institute of Medical
Sciences (AIIMS) entrance exam, outperforming 85,000 students from across the
country of which the results were announced on Tuesday,4th July,2012. Archana also became a
topper in CET (medical), COMED (medical), Jawaharlal Institute of Post Graduate
Medical Education and Research (JIPMER) and the Kasturba Medical College,
Manipal entrance exams.
Also
she bagged 37 th rank in Kerala medical entrance exam and 7 rank in All Indian
medical entrance.
Archana said the most difficult one was the test conducted by AIIMS. There are 37 seats in general section. She passed the CBSE 12 th exam securing 97.8 % marks and studied at the Bangalore National public school. . Archana's father P Sasi is vice-president with Total Gas and mother Dr Jyoti an ophthalmologist. Her sister Aishwarya is a 10th standard student.
