ITALIAN MARINES – CHARGE SHEET SUBMITTED

Charge-sheet in the case related to the killing of two fishermen by Italian marines on board cargo ship Enrica Lexie has been submitted before the court.The charge-sheet indicting the group command of the Italian ship, Massimiliano Latorre, as the prime accused has listed charges of murder, attempted murder, hindering safe journey in the sea, etc. against the marines.There charge-sheet contained statements of eight witnesses including the boat owner, Freddie, and more than thirty evidences.
