AYPPALLOOR PALLY PERUNAL-2012

The feast of Ayppalloor Salem St. George Orthodox church concluded 7th May,2012. Thousands attended the Pally Perunal with prayers and meditation. Devotees from different area attended the 4-day's feast. The concluding day of the 4-day feast was marked by the 'Nercha Vilambu', which is considered as an offering to St. George and a portion of which is received by devotees as a blessing. Thousands took part in the ritual that was preceded by a procession(Rassa).Rassa held on 6th May,2012from   Lower Karickom Mulavan Juction  Ayppalloor  via Kurishadi Junction, Karickom YMCA Junction, Parayil Jn to church was a  colourful and blessed one. People from different areas of Ayppalloor-Karickom-Kottarakara attended the procession. Thousands of devotees had thronged the Church to witness the various Perunal Events like Pirotechnics and Arts programmes. Platinum Jubilee Programme, Meditation Prayer, Two  Days convention ,Fire-Works etc were conducted as a part of Pally Perunal.

H.G Geevarghese Mar Coorilose,  Dr Yuhanon Mar Dious corous, Ref.Fr. Y.S Geevarghese, Rev. Fr. Alexander Vaidian Cor Episcopa, Rev. Fr. Raajan Cor Episcopa, Rev. Reji Lukose, Rev. Fr. Geevarghese Kunju Kuju,, Rev Fr. Denny, celebrated the holy qurbana on different days. H.G Geevarghese Mar Coorilose celebrated the holy qurbana on the last day of Ayppalloor Pally Perunal, assisted by Rev Fr Varghese Kunjukunju, Rev. Fr. Y.S Geevarghese.
