180 WOMEN FROM OTHER STATES AT GOVERNMENT MENTAL HEALTH CENTERS

As many as 180 women from other states are admitted to the three government mental health centers in the state. Majority of the victims fell prey to sexual exploitation and cheating Among the total 1385 inmates, 272 are from other states.In Kuthiravatoom mental heath center, there are a total of 574 inmates and among them 122 are from other states. 81 women and 42 men. In Thiruvanathapuram, among 450 inmates, 87 are from other states. Among them 59 are women under the age of 40 and 28 are men.In Thrissur government mental health centre there are 361 inmates and among them 65 are from other states.
