Is ill Diet the mother of Disease?

You cannot always control the other determinants of health, such as the quality of air you breathe, the noise you are subjected to, or the emotional climate of your surroundings, but you can control what you eat. It is a shame to squander such a good opportunity to influence your health" Dr. Andrew Well M.D. There are several food items which can fight the disease in human beings. Fruits and Vegetables have antioxidants to fight disease. We get more antioxidants in several fruits and vegetables.

Following are some of them 

·         Red Grapes
·         Red and yellow onions
·         Cabbage, cauliflower and broccoli raw or lightly cooked
·         Garlic raw or crushed
·         Fresh vegetables
·         Micro waved vegetables
·         Olive oil
·         Darkest green leafy vegetables
·         Pink Grapefruit
·         Whole fruits
·         Fresh juices
·         Carrots, sweet potatoes and pumpkins  

           
What is the importance of FISH in your diet?
Fish or Fish oil in your daily food may reduce the following problems:

Rheumatoid arthritis, Heart attacks, Clogged arteries, High blood pressure, Ulcerative colitis, Psoriasis, Asthma, Migraine headaches

Seafood, Fruits, Vegetables, Nuts, Grains, Legumes, Onions, Garlic, Olive oil Foods High in Vitamin C. Be careful about the following foods that may affect Arteries and the Heart badly, Meat and Dairy products high in Saturated Fat
Excessive Alcohol.

Food is very important for the good living of human beings. If you use them wisely after understanding what to eat and what not to eat for your well being you can avoid or cure several diseases.
