7 MEMBER ROBBERY GANG NABBED IN SABARIMALA

:A 7-member robbery gang was held in Sabarimala on Monday,9^th January,2012, and police recovered Rs 16,000 and 14 mobile phones from them.The special police team of Sannidhanam arrested the gang. The gang, under the guise of pilgrims, looted the temple devotees on the premises and the adjoining areas. The seven arrested persons belong to Theni. They looted pilgrims by cutting the bag which the pilgrims carried on their shoulders. Police also suspect more people linked to the gang. The Sannidhanam SI-led team nabbed the gang members.
