JOURNALIST SANJAY CHANDRASEKHAR DIED

Malayala Manorama Kozhikode chief reporter Sanjay Chandrasekhar, 38 passed away on Monday27th December,2011. His body was kept in Manorama office here at 9.30 am to pay homage and later taken to his native place Kuroppada in Kottayam. The cremation would be held on Thursday at 3 pm.He is the son of Chandrasekhar from Kuroppada. Sanjay joined Manorama in 1996 as editorial trainee and became reporter in 1998. Later he worked as reporter for 11 years in Palakkad. For the last one year he was working as chief reporter . Wife is Dr Anu and son Nandakishore.Mathrubhumi Managing Director M P Veerendrakumar, KPCC spokesman M M Hassan and V Muraleedhran, BJP State president were among the large number of people from all walks of life who visited the Manorama office here where the body was kept to pay their tributes.
