   A Meeting of United Printers and Publishers was held at 5 PM on Tuesday, 2^nd August,2011 at Kurakar Plazha Complex Publishing House,Kottarakara. The meeting commenced with Prayer by Rev.Fr O. Thomas. Following members were present:

 Prof John Kurakar welcomed the members and reported about authorities initiated so far. Mr. Bobby Kurakar presented statements of accounts as on date. The copies of Partnership deed was also circulated to the partners. It was reported that we have got registrations under the Kerala Panchayat Raj Act, issued by Kottarakara Grama panchayat on06-07-2011(NoK.PIII 544,545,546). SSI registration has also been obtained from the Industries Department.(No 32 013 11 7919). Registration of Firm has also given us registration under the Indian Partnership Act, 1932. (No 1799 of 2011)(Issued on 15-06-2011.

1-Election of office Bearers. The following were elected as office bearers

4-K. Radhakrishnan( Assistant. Manager)

Resolution2- 02-08-2011 –Honorarium to working Partners:-

To fix an honorarium of Rs 10,000(Ten Thousand Only) per month for our three working Partners. The amount should be taken from monthly income. If there is any arrear due to lack of funds, it will be adjusted later. This will be reviewed after three months. This is come into force w,e of 1^st August,2011. A sum of Rs 5000/- will be given as honorarium for each working partner for three previous months.

Resolution3- 02-08-2011—Inauguration of the Firm

 Inauguration of the United Printers and Publishers will be held at 10 AM on 20^th August,2011. Local MLA and Panchayat President are invited. Invitation letter be printed and given to members of the community.

An incentive of 5 % of the respective bills will be given to all Partners for works canvassed

 Stock Register shall be maintained properly. Ledger and proper books of accounts have to be maintained systematically. Managing Partner will be responsible.

 A United Association can be formed as a fellowship wing of our unit. The meeting came to close at 7 p.m.
