A YOUTH HAD LOST HIS VISION

(31 toddy shops closed down in Nooranad )

     A youth created tension in Nooranad after complaining that he had lost his vision consuming toddy from a toddy shop. After the incident, excise officers forcibly closed down 31 toddy shops in Nooranad range. Sureshkumar, 32, who consumed toddy from a toddy shop in Vallikunam Kaduvinal, was admitted to a government hospital after he complained of losing his vision on Friday morning(8^th,July,2011). He was later shifted to Vandanam medical college.
