(40 injured in road accident)

At least 40 people were injured in a road accident involving three vehicles, including two state transport buses at nearby Pala, police said today(25^th July,2011). They said a bus coming from Pala to Thiruvananthapuram hit an autorickshaw and then collided with another bus coming from the opposite direction at Pala-Ettumanoor road here last evening. The injured were treated at a private hospital in Pala and discharged, police said.
