J.C DANIEL AWARD-2010
TO NAVODAYA APPACHAN
Mr Navodaya Appachan ( M.C Punnoose has won the J.C Daniel Award for his contribution to the film industry. Education Minister Mr M.A Baby congratulated Mr & Mrs Appachan with a Ponnada at function held in the Durbar Hall of the secretariat in Thiruvananthapuram on Monday 2nd May,2010. The award carries a cash prize of Rs 1 Lakh and citation . Also released a book "Navodaya Appachan-Father of Malayalam Cinema" written by K.C Madhu. Mrs Ambica ( wife of Navodaya Appachan)T.V Chandran K. R Mohan and K . Sreekumar were participated.
