BRICS- SUMMIT
The first-ever summit of BRICS ( Brazil,Russia,China and South Africa) nations. Prime Minister Manmohansingh and presidents of other four major emerging economics will discuss fresh uncertainties" in west Asian and North African countries during the summit. Manmohan singh arrived at the coastal resort town in China for the first ever summit of BRICS. India will host the next summit.
Officials noted that the BRIC countries abstained from voting at the united nations security council (UNSC) on the use of force against Libya.
