GUJARAT- ALL- AROUND PROGRESS

      The Gujarat successfully holding the Global summits since 2003. 2003 submit was a state level one. It has also changed its scope from an investment event to a knowledge and technology exchange platform. the last event held in 2009 in the backdrop every one with investment agreement of USD 240 billion. the Gujarat have invited various Indian states as well as other countries to make  use of this platform.
   Gujarat is the growth Engine of India  is  true in every sense of the term. the state contributes 22 percent to the exports and 30 percent to the stock market capitalization of the country. Gujarat has done wonderfully well on both, the macro and micro indicators. the per capita income of its people has  also grown at the fastest rate of  13.8 percent.Gujarat contributes 16 percent to the industrial out put of India and handles 35 percent of the cargo. Their industrial production at 13 percent. While agriculture has grown at 12.8 percent, which is four times the national average.
   Gujarat have received more than 200 national and International awards in the last eight years. Gujarat will be developed as global hubs of economic activity supported by world class infrastructure, civic amenities and exemplary policy frame work. Gujarat has a substantial presence of financial and other Business process. Out sourcing operations.But we are doing even better where the usage of IT is concerned. Gujarat's e- governance  projects have been recognized in the country and abroad. Gujarat is the first state to provide broadband connectivity in all schools and villages. The state use of video conferencing including using the technology for prisoners under trial. recently Gujarat's ICT-based Grievance Redressal system called SWAGAT bagged the united Nations Public Service Award.
    Business in Gujarat is a celebration of life.Its vibrancy can be felt not only in economic activities but also in social life.Gujarat is a place where infrastructure development has kept pace with economic growth. Tata Nano and the Bombardier, Gujarat is emerging as the new auto and transportation manufacturing hub. The Gujarat have 1600 km long coastline,with world class  ports that are the gate ways to Gujarat progress.
   Gujarat is the model of public-private partnership to develop their infrastructure and utilities.Gujarat also started special programmes to make a large number of young children employable. Particularly through soft skills including English and computer Literacy.
