99th ANNUAL HINDU RELIGIOUS MEET AT CHERUKOLPUZHA


   The 99th annual Hindu religious meet to be held at Cherukolpuzha near Kozhencherry from February 6 to 13. The government departments will extend every possible assistance to the Hindumatha Maha Mandalam.
    Kerala water Authority would ensure uninterrupted drinking water supply to the meeting venu. The Kerala State Transport corporation would open temporary bus depots on the banks of the Pumpa at Cherukolpuzha to provide transport facility to the nearest towns of Kozhencherry. The KSRTC would also operate special services to Cherukolpuzha from Thiruvalla, Chengannur, Pathanamthitta, Adoor and Mallappally during the convention period. The police would open a temporary aid-post at Cherukolpuzha during the week long meet. The health department would set up a temporary dispensary at the convention venu. Kerala State Electricity Board would ensure uninterrupted power supply to the meeting venu and surroundings areas during the convention period. Fire and Rescue Force Service and Excise Department would also open a camp office at the convention venu.
