The record for the tallest building in Kerala now belongs to Choice Towers at Thripunithura which has 38 storeys
Burj Alhind, an apartment complex coming up in Kozhikodu on completion, will become the tallest building in Kerala. The 40 storied building, 140 metres height, will be located at Karaparambu junction, a few kilometres away from the heart of the city, according to Wazeeruddhin, managing partner of Alhind builders.
The project costs around Rs 170 crore and is expected to be completed in three to four years.
