An Association of Nature lovers
A group of Nature lovers gathered on 15th May,2010 at St. Peeters English Medium School, Kottarakara to formed a new association in the name of “ Friends of trees. Mr Y. Rajan presided over the function. Sri Cheriyan .P.Koshy gave introductory speeach. Prof.T.J Johnson welcomed the members. Prof.John Kurakar, Prof. Alex Varghese, Prof Varghese John, Dr MKP Roy were actively participated on the discussion. The meeting elected 13 member executive committee.MrY. Rajan selected as the president of the association. Prof T.J Johnson as the vice president.. Mr Cheriyan P.Koshy and Prof Varghese John were selected as secretary and join secretary. Prof.Alex varghese is the tresurer. The meeting ended at 6pm.
