MUMBAI- A WORLD CITY
Ambitious schemes 'aimed at bringing about the transformation of Mumbai in to a world city. The total worth of infrastructure projects in Mumbai is Rs 50,000 crore, comprising the Bandra- worli sea-link, the on going work on the metro rail, monorail, sky walks and flyovers.
These are all part of 'ambitious scheme'. Maharastra Governor K. Sankaranarayanan said it in his Republic day address at Shivaji park on Tuesday, 26th January 2010. Maharastra continues to be the most favored investment distination in the country.
