PAKISTAN INDICTED SEVEN MEN SUSPECTED INVOLVEMENT IN THE MUMBAI ATTACKS
The Anti-terror court in Pakistan finally inducted seven men,including Zakiur Rehman Lakhvi, operations Commander of Laskhar-e- Taiba for their susspected involvement in the attacks of Mumbai 2008 November attacks.
The seven, all in custody, are Zakiur Rehman Lakhvi, the mastermind” of the attacks. Abdul wajid alias Zardar Shaw also of the LeT and described as a' facilitator and expert of computer network Hamad Amin Sadiq. Who is changed with facilitating funds and hide outs” for mumbai attackers: Mazhar Iqbal alias Abu al Quma described as'handler' Shahid Jami Riaz, who is described both as facilitator for funds, as well as crew member of a boat used as facilitator and yohnus, also a facilitator”
Judge malik Mohammed Akram Awan framed changes against the seven under the anti- terrorism Act, several sections of the Pakistan penal code, including section 302 for murder and under the explosive Act.
