90th BIRTH DAY(NAVATHY) CELEBRATION OF MR PGM KURAKAR
Navathy Celebration of Mr. P.G.M Kurakar held at Ayppallor City centre on 8th August 2009. Very Rev Yoohanon Remban inaugurates the Navathy celebration. Rev Fr Geevarghese, vicar, st.George Orthodox church, Aippallor presided. Prof John Kurakar welcomed the gathering. Sri Kurikesu, president, Malila Panchayat release the Navathy souvenir and hand over to sri C.O Malakhi. Rev Fr Reji Lukose, Rev.FR D. Jacob Smt Sarasu Samuel, ward member, Sri C.O Malakhi, Sri Thomas George, Sri G.Joy Sri D. Unnikrishnan, Sri Cheriyan P. Koshy,,scientist Botanickal Garden, Palodu, Sri Neelaswram Sadasivan,vice president Kerala Kavya Kala sahithy, Sri N. Balakrishnan Nair, Psychological counselor, Sri K.K Joy, secretary, Kerala Kavya Kala Sahithy, Smt Chinnamma John, president Kurakaran Women’s Association , Sri Panayil Pappachan were spoke on occasion.
Sri Pratheep, C.I of Police, Sri R. Rajandra Pillai Dubai, Sri Ashok, Manager B.R Memorial English medium school were participated on the function. 15 distinguish persons gifted ponnada( Golden shawls) to PGM Kurakar. Celebration is ended with Lunch. More than five hundred persons participated in the Navathy celebration
