The Supreme Court has directed the Government to issue guide lines with respect to students study tour and excursions to educational institutions which need to ensure the safety of the students. The Educational Excursions and the Study tours aare enlightenment throgh entertainment. It opens to observe and learn things first hand. Proper planning is necessary for every excursions

Arranging Accommodation
Provision of Food
Places to be visited
Laising and permission with authorites
Selected students should be divided in to small groups under the charge of teachers. Each group should have student leader and a secretary. There should be a Tour Manager.
Precation before the Tour
Ensuring First Aid Kits
Record of Medical Problems of the students
Phone number and address of parents
phone numbers ofpoliceee authorities and Hospitals in the
place to be visited
Boating for students belowH.S level should be strictly banned
Students must be escorted by adequate number of teachers
Allow some parents accompany to the Tour team
